I focus primarily on Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 7 to 9. These are ventures that have moved beyond the theoretical or lab stage. They are demonstrating pilot capability or early commercial deployment and are ready for institutional scaling.
How does this differ from standard Venture Capital advisory?
Software VC models rarely fit infrastructure. I focus on the complex capital stack required for physical industries. This blends equity, debt, and grant funding alongside the long-term commercial contracts required to secure that capital.
Do you work with pure software companies?
No. Pure SaaS and AI ventures are handled through our sister brand, RapidRise.io. RapidRise Advisory is exclusively for companies with a physical or sovereign component such as Energy, Hardware, or Defense.
